We are seeking an experienced Trust & Estate attorney at the Senior Counsel or Member (Partner) level to join the Naples, FL office. Location:
Naples, FL Responsibilities
Provide trust and estate planning, administration, and related tax services to individual and family clients. Identify client needs and design customized plans including wills, trusts, beneficiary designations, and related documents. Work with small business owners on business succession planning. Supervise or assist paralegals and support staff as needed; coordinate with cross-functional teams. Assist with fiduciary matters and estate planning in accordance with applicable laws in New York and Florida. Engage with clients to deliver exceptional service and build ongoing relationships. Qualifications
Admitted to practice in Florida J.D. degree from an accredited law school LL.M. in tax law or estate planning is helpful but not required Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible experience in trust and estate practice Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and promptly respond to client needs Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Committed to legal profession and teamwork Experience supervising/paralegals is preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills About Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC
