Of Counsel or Staff Attorney
with experience in
estate planning, elder law, and/or probate and trust administration . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about serving families, seniors, and business owners with excellence. Responsibilities
Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, etc.). Counsel clients on estate planning and elder law issues including guardianship, and long-term care planning. Handle probate and trust administration matters. Collaborate with the firm’s attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services. Participate in client meetings, workshops, and community outreach events. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Florida and in good standing. 2+ years of experience in estate planning, elder law, or probate/trust administration Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
