VPESS is looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Executive

to

manage, grow, and enhance our brand presence across digital platforms . If you have a passion for

1. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management:

Develop and execute

social media marketing strategies

across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Manage

daily posting schedules

and maintain brand consistency.

Stay updated with the latest

trends, tools, and platform updates

to enhance engagement.

Create

engaging content , including

graphics, videos, reels, and stories

to attract and retain audiences.

Collaborate with the

design and content teams

to produce high-quality visuals and copies.

Ensure all content aligns with VPESS’s

brand voice, mission, and goals .

Plan and run

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads

to drive leads, conversions, and engagement.

Optimize ad campaigns for better

ROI, reach, and audience targeting .

Monitor performance analytics and make

data-driven improvements .

Engagement & Community Building:

Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster

a strong online community .

Run interactive campaigns like

polls, contests, and giveaways

to boost engagement.

Track customer sentiments and address queries efficiently.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Analyze social media metrics and prepare

weekly/monthly reports

on performance.

Use tools like

Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SEO tools

to track engagement and growth.

Suggest improvements based on data insights to optimize reach and conversions.

2. Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in

social media marketing, digital advertising, or content creation .

Skills & Expertise:

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube marketing

Hands-on experience with

SEO, content marketing, and social media ad platforms .

Proficiency in

Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools

is a plus.

Familiarity with

Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation tools .

Creativity & Innovation:

Ability to come up with

unique content ideas

and run engaging campaigns.

Analytical Thinking:

Experience in tracking

performance metrics, audience behavior, and ad optimization .

Excellent Communication:

Strong command over

English & Hindi

for content writing and engagement.
