Overview:

Drive our online presence for ShriLakshmi Steel Suppliers (Durastrong) by creating engaging content, managing campaigns, leveraging AI tools, and growing our audience across social platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop clear, engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other channels Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Lumen5) for ideation, captions and A/B testing Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar; ensure timely publishing Community & Reputation Management Monitor comments, messages and reviews daily; respond promptly Flag potential PR issues and draft holding statements Foster relationships with followers, industry influencers and partners Paid Media & Campaigns Plan, set up and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads Define clear objectives, target audiences and budgets with managers Track CTR, conversions, cost per lead and ROI; report insights Identify relevant micro‑influencers and industry blogs Coordinate content collaborations and track performance Analytics & Reporting Monitor reach, engagement, follower growth and website traffic from social Prepare concise weekly/monthly reports with charts and recommendations Use platform insights and Google Analytics for data‑driven decisions SEO & Website Coordination Work with web team to optimise social content and blog posts for search Ensure meta tags, keywords and CTAs align with SEO best practices Email & Newsletter Support Track open rates and click‑throughs; suggest improvements Google Business Profile Management Maintain profile accuracy, upload updates and manage customer reviews Use scheduling/analytics tools (Hootsuite, Zoho Social) to streamline work Basic graphic/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) Proactively explore new AI or automation tools to boost efficiency Work closely with Marketing Managers, design and sales teams on briefs Stay updated on platform features, AI trends and digital best practices Skills & Qualifications:

1–2 years’ experience in social media management or digital advertising Hands‑on with AI‑driven marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Lumen5) Data‑driven mindset; comfortable with Google Analytics and platform insights Creative problem‑solver with good organisational skills Ability to multitask, adapt to feedback and meet deadlines Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and email‑marketing tools Experience in B2B or industrial marketing
