Job Duties (Essential & Complex Responsibilities) Review and manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, compliance checks, milestone tracking, amendments, and maintaining accurate records to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Support the implementation and ongoing management of a contract management system, including migration, workflow development, and staff training. Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and proactively identify opportunities to streamline contract processes for efficiency. Assist with business insurance renewals by coordinating with internal departments and external brokers, ensuring compliance and timely processing. Provide budget and forecast support by analyzing historical data, preparing schedules for financial decks, and maintaining vendor expense tracking to inform leadership decisions. Collaborate with accounting staff to prepare monthly cash requirements reports and contribute to ad hoc projects, audits, and leadership reporting. Qualifications (Essential Requirements) Bachelor's degree in business administration (Finance or Accounting concentration desirable). Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration, finance, or a related work setting. Budget experience. Insurance exposure. Non-profit experience.
