Responsibilities Teradek is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a rising marketer with experience in the public safety, broadcast, live production, or streaming industries, who is eager to take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns and drive measurable growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment, campaign success, and audience engagement.
Key Activities
Own and execute marketing campaigns from planning to launch, including developing timelines, managing assets, and coordinating stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional content tailored to B2B audiences.
Manage and grow Teradek’s social media presence, including posting and community engagement using Sprout Social.
Support database email lead generation and nurture efforts through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring campaigns are targeted, timely, and trackable.
Maintain accurate reporting and analytics via Salesforce and Pardot to track campaign performance and ROI.
Assist with the creation of sales enablement materials, product collateral, and digital marketing assets.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity in the broadcast, live production, and streaming markets.
Product Positioning Assist in developing product messaging that distinguishes Teradek products and solutions from competitors across various markets.
Launch Planning Strategize, coordinate, and execute the introduction of new products and releases, collaborating across departments to ensure preparedness.
Content Creation & Sales Enablement
Support the sales team by creating and maintaining slide decks, brochures, solution briefs, demos, and other essential sales tools.
Craft visual PowerPoint & Google Slide presentations that simplify complex technology into clear benefits for customers, industries, or specific product focuses.
Oversee the creation of technical content such as datasheets, presentations, workflow diagrams, whitepapers, email communications, video scripts, storyboards, and website copy to bolster product launches and marketing efforts.
Articulate the value of new products and releases to the sales team, sales engineers, and marketing team.
Write press releases and pitch the media on Teradek's latest product releases.
Manage and grow Teradek’s social media presence, including posting and community engagement using Sprout Social.
Support database email lead generation and nurture efforts through Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring campaigns are targeted and timely.
Evangelize Deliver engaging presentations and talks on Teradek solutions to internal and external audiences, including on-camera appearances, webinars, and live events.
Competitive Analysis Conduct thorough research on competitor offerings to inform product positioning, develop effective sales/marketing collateral, and identify competitive advantages.
Project Management
Building campaign plans from the ground up — writing briefs, creating timelines, and outlining deliverables.
Managing day-to-day tasks, such as coordinating asset creation, writing copy, scheduling social posts, and setting up email campaigns.
Driving cross-functional alignment by working directly with sales, product, creative, and external partners to keep everyone moving in sync.
Problem-solving on the fly — identifying roadblocks early and jumping in to keep projects on schedule and on target.
Tracking progress and performance, making real-time adjustments as needed, and reporting outcomes to stakeholders.
Using team project management tools to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Qualifications
5-6 years of marketing and product marketing experience, preferably in the public safety, streaming, broadcast, or live production space.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and audience segmentation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sprout Social (or similar tools).
Excellent organizational and project management skills — you know how to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing content.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for storytelling through technology.
Analytical with a creative understanding to distill down complex topics into creative briefs, visuals, easy-to-understand documents and presentations.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously when working with stakeholders across diverse geographical regions.
