Overview The Marketing Specialist supports the Sales & Marketing Department by coordinating projects aimed at maximizing company profits and driving sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, developing engaging content, and growing our brand presence. This role involves collaborating across departments to deliver consistent, impactful messaging that aligns with our business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide daily support to ensure smooth coordination of the department’s activities.

Assist in organizing various projects, trade shows, and promotional events.

Utilize marketing analytics tools to collect and analyze data (e.g., social media performance, web analytics, and campaign rankings).

Update and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and inventories

Help plan and attend promotional events and digital campaigns to ensure their success.

Prepare and deliver engaging promotional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Create and post content for the company’s social media platforms.

Collaborate on the design of graphics and materials for social media, digital, and print ad campaigns.

Track Marketing Campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights on leads generated.

Write marketing materials, including brochures and press releases, using tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Canva

Build and maintain direct relationships with clients, fostering trust and communication.

Receive sales inquiries to the appropriate regional sales manager to initiate sales leads.

Skills

Strategic Campaign Planning: Support the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, tradeshows) with consistent messaging and timelines.

Data-Driven Marketing: Collect and analyze campaign analytics, tradeshow performance, lead data and social media insights to refine targeting strategies and measure ROI.

Content Creation: Assist with writing and editing case studies, dealer communications, Product Spec Sheets, and other marketing materials with strong attention to detail and messaging consistency.

CRM & Marketing Automation: Utilize Salesforce in supporting marketing initiatives, lead tracking and campaign performance measurement.

Digital Advertising: Supports online advertising efforts including Google Ads, SEO and paid social media campaigns.

Graphic Design & Video Editing: Create and edit graphics, videos, file formatting and other visual content to support campaigns, social media, product launches and dealer communications.

Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and gather customer insights to guide marketing strategy and campaign development.

Website Management: Manage and update website content to ensure accurate product information, brand consistency and improved user experience.

Qualifications

Preferred Bachelor's degree in business with concentration in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.

Strong creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.

Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

Experience in social media design, including tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, MailChimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce or other content creation tools is a plus.
