Digital Marketing Associate
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to drive our online presence and boost brand visibility. In this role, you’ll create and manage engaging content across social media, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels. You’ll also handle website updates, SEO optimization, email campaigns, and online store listings. This position is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring strong skills in content creation, social media management, and analytics. You’ll collaborate with sales and product teams to run campaigns, track performance, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Create, design, and distribute monthly newsletters. Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms, utilizing scheduling tools to automate content. Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website visibility and ranking. Maintain and update website content, including sitemap management. Assist with designing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content. Develop content for blogs, newsletters, campaigns, and external publications. Write and coordinate the creation of articles on newsworthy industry topics. Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and target audiences. Manage internal TV displays and company email signatures. Track leads generated by business development. Support marketing campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Collect and analyze customer feedback, responding on behalf of Marketing as needed. Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals. Maintain CRM and prospect databases. Manage online store listings (Google Merchant Center, Ecwid) and Dell inventory listings. Create educational content for clients (tutorials, newsletters, videos). Write, edit, and publish blog content and new website pages. Prepare simple performance reports and scorecards. Create digital presentations for internal and external initiatives. What You'll Need
General Skills, Certifications, Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or related field. Proven experience executing marketing plans across multiple channels. Strong digital marketing, social media management, and SEO skills. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Experience with marketing automation/email platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; basic HTML knowledge preferred. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, and survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey) a plus.
