The Business Enablement Manager drives the adoption and utilization of new technologies to create a competitive advantage in how our business operates and delivers value to customers. This role involves not just implementing new technologies, but also rethinking processes, experiences, and structures to empower all stakeholders to leverage the full potential of digitalization.
Responsibilities
Working with all areas of the business, identifying business process improvement opportunities that can be aided by technology, and implementing strategies to accelerate the adoption of new technologies or business practices. Develop communication, training, deployment, and feedback plans to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of new digital systems and processes. Spearheads successful change management to positively impact the simultaneous transformation of digital tools and the evolution of business processes. Managing complex projects from conception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, and budget management. Works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects, manage expectations and understand the business objectives. Develop a deep understanding of internal and external customer needs and preferences. Leverage data analysis to identify trends and patterns, and develop insights and recommendations to improve business performance. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Track and report project progress, including risks and performance metrics. Work closely with team members to experiment, test and adapt. As new technologies and e-commerce platforms are deployed, lead an agile work approach to maximize value.
Qualifications
At least ten years of experience in communications, business development, or related fields. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management or related field required. At least five years of experience working with technology development teams Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with an ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Demonstrated ability to lead projects from conception to implementation.
