$77.00/hr - $82.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Catapult Solutions Group We’re hiring a Service Strategy Manager to join our Customer Success team, focused on optimizing the assisted onboarding experience for new customers. In this role, you’ll analyze insights, track performance, and execute initiatives that make onboarding smoother, more efficient, and more impactful. What You’ll Do Improve onboarding journeys by analyzing customer feedback and expert insights. Monitor KPIs (scheduling, completion, drop-offs, conversion) and drive improvements. Execute initiatives that customize onboarding flows for different customer segments. Partner with product, operations, and service delivery teams for seamless experiences. Explore innovative methods (AI-assisted onboarding, industry best practices). What We’re Looking For ~5 years of experience in service strategy, customer success, operations, or SaaS. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies. Skilled in problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and program execution. Customer-focused mindset; background in accounting/bookkeeping a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field. Why Join Us Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote).
