Location:

Duties:
Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, from case evaluation to trial and resolution.
Develop and execute trial strategies to secure maximum compensation for clients.
Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and expert witnesses to build strong cases.
Maintain excellent client communication to ensure top-notch legal representation.
Requirements:
Licensed Attorney in good standing.
Minimum of 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience, with first-chair or second-chair trial experience.
Proven track record of handling high-value cases and achieving favorable verdicts or settlements.
Strong courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy skills.
Exceptional legal writing ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while managing multiple cases.
Passion for helping injured clients achieve justice.
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law and in good standing.
Skills:
Strong courtroom presence and persuasive advocacy.
Legal writing proficiency, including motions, briefs, and case documentation.
Ability to handle complex litigation cases and manage high-stakes trials.
