Chamberlain Advisors is currently conducting a search seeking a Director of Finance in a newly created and highly visible leadership role that serves as a strategic partner to the CFO, CEO, and executive team. This role will lead financial planning and analysis, reporting, and forecasting across the organization, while also serving as the primary liaison between finance and operational teams. The Director of Finance will own and refine the company’s master financial model, drive performance accountability through KPI management, and support M&A due diligence and integration efforts. This role requires an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. The Director of Finance will play a critical part in enabling the organizations continued growth and success.

Senior Manager of FP&A, Growth-Focused Finance Professional: A finance leader with deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making. Brings strong experience in financial consolidations, bottom-up forecasting, material cost analysis, and cash flow management. Skilled in developing financial statements, board presentations, and comprehensive reporting packages that drive accountability and performance. Process & Systems Improvement
Drive finance and reporting process improvements through automation, ERP system utilization, and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Implement enhanced reporting dashboards and streamline operational data flow for real-time decision-making.
Investor and Board Engagement
Serve as a key point of contact between the organization and the private equity group. Support board preparation, including financial reporting packages, scenario analysis, and operational updates.

What Qualifications You Will Need

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Ability to learn new software products required.
