Lead and grow a team to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of high-tech parts for upgrades, installations, and relocations across the US, meeting customer and engineering requirements. Success is driven by material availability and cost control, supported by a proactive, can-do mindset that anticipates challenges and drives solutions. This role supports ongoing business growth by fostering operational excellence in supply chain execution.

Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, with 18 office locations across the US, including Chandler Arizona, San Jose, San Diego California, Wilton Connecticut, and Hillsboro Oregon.

Role and responsibilities Performance Management Managing supply chain specialists responsible for the performance of EUV machine Upgrades/Installs/Relocations (UIR) within the US, including:

On time in full (OTIF) for all materials needed for upgrades/installs/relocations; Maintaining/improving cooperation between local, regional, and central supply chain teams; Owning project cleanup (engineering stock, EMO overview, tools maintenance) and solutions for unscheduled downtimes; Securing performance reporting to stakeholders; Monitoring KPIs such as emergency shipments, materials in engineering stock, LDA utilization, and material return quality.

Demand, Planning, and Analysis Responsible for the Masterplan for EUV upgrades/installs/relocations in the US, ensuring proper resource allocation, demand input in SAP, and coordination with field teams and suppliers. Monitor critical materials and site coverage, including bi-annual Spartan planning.

Supply Chain Capability Main contact for internal customers, representing UIR EUV US in projects, ensuring standardization, supporting planning tools, and embedding continuous improvements.

Cost Management Manage EUV supply chain costs, deliver on cost targets, and support cost reduction initiatives.

Leadership Ensure team capacity and skills, develop training programs, and drive process efficiencies through LEAN.

Qualifications 3-8 years of relevant experience in a complex, customer-oriented logistics environment, with a bachelor’s (preferably master’s) degree in Business Engineering or Supply Chain. Knowledge of supply chain processes, MRP, and SAP is preferred.

Skills Strong leadership, communication, customer focus, data analysis, problem-solving, ownership, proficiency in Microsoft Office, adaptability, and attention to detail. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30-40%).

Location Based onsite in Chandler, Phoenix, Hillsboro, or Austin, US.

Physical/Travel Requirements Ability to sit, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, and travel as needed.
