Draft and respond to substantive pleadings and motions Manage discovery processes, including e-discovery and document review Conduct legal research and analysis independently Assist with case strategy, hearings, and client communications Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on litigation matters Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in commercial litigation Admitted to or eligible for the Texas Bar JD from a top-tier law school Experience with Texas state and federal courts Clerkship or journal experience preferred Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Benefits
