Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for public transit? Loudoun County's Transit Operations Division is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Transit Program Manager to oversee the administration, compliance, and performance of Loudoun's contracted transit operations and maintenance services. Key responsibilities include contract & operations management, leadership & team development, performance & data analysis, budget & grants, regulatory compliance & safety, and community engagement. The successful candidate will ensure that all contractual agreements support the organization's goals of delivering safe, reliable, and accessible transportation services to the community. This position plays a critical role in contract development, vendor management, and program oversight, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. Job Contingencies and Special Requirements: Valid driver's license and good driving record required (driving records may be reviewed annually for continued qualification). Employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal, credit, and DMV record background checks.
