Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA About the team: Operations is the group of teams responsible for the post-purchase customer journey for fans, comprising three sub-teams: Customer Success Technology, Fulfillment, and Supply Quality. Our Customer Success Technology division ensures the best post-purchase experiences, building tools and resources for fans and support agents. Fulfillment Operations focus on ensuring valid tickets are delivered to customers, maintaining systems for zero breakage. Supply Quality provides fans with the best inventory globally. We are customer obsessed, experimenting to improve consumer experience, backing every order with technology for confidence in buying and selling tickets. Every engineer is an owner, driving innovation from ideation to delivery, celebrating successes, and fostering growth in a safe environment. What You'll Do Build the technological backbone of our marketplace, engineering seamless experiences that connect people with their passions. Develop software solutions to enhance scalability and functionality of our global ticketing platform. Use your understanding of software architecture to anticipate user needs. Collaborate across teams to pioneer new features and redefine event attendance. Integrate feedback and real-world metrics into development cycles for continuous improvement. What You've Done At least 5-7 years of professional experience in software development with languages like C#, Java, Python, or Go. Experience designing and implementing robust, mission-critical systems. Proven ability to solve complex problems with significant business impact. Ability to learn new coding platforms, frameworks, and tools. Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations. It Would Be Nice If You have experience with large models (LLMs) or chatbots. You have worked with real-time ticketing or similar e-commerce platforms. You have a user-centric design approach. 401k, health, vision, dental insurance options. The salary range is $200,000$300,000 USD. Actual compensation varies based on qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. This includes base salary, equity, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and health benefits.
