About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Talent to take the lead in all Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner activities on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the global talent strategy, from workforce planning to succession, and will play a key role in building exceptional teams, elevating the people strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture across the organization. This pivotal role involves leading and coaching HRBPs to be true strategic partners to the business, overseeing worldwide recruiting to ensure diverse and high-quality talent pipelines, and partnering with executives on organization design, capability building, and leadership development. The VP of Talent will also be expected to use data to measure the impact of talent initiatives and continuously improve the processes of attracting and retaining talent.
