About the Role The Company is seeking an Assistant Dean of Philanthropy to play a key role in advancing its mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives, cultivating donor relationships, and overseeing the management of philanthropic activities. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in securing major gifts, as well as experience in donor stewardship and engagement. The Assistant Dean of Philanthropy will work closely with the academic and administrative leadership to align fundraising efforts with the institution's goals and priorities.
Applicants for the Assistant Dean of Philanthropy position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years' experience in fundraising, preferably in an academic or non-profit setting, is required.
