The Company is in search of a visionary and collaborative Head of Lower School to lead its PreK-Grade 5 division. This role involves overseeing all day-to-day operations, including curriculum, instruction, student support, and parent engagement, as well as hiring, supervising, and professionally developing faculty and staff. The Head of Lower School will also be deeply involved in advancing the school's strategic vision, particularly in the areas of innovation, belonging, and financial sustainability.
Applicants for the Head of Lower School position at the company should be champions of inquiry-based learning, early childhood education, and child development. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in early childhood and elementary education, with a preference for those who have served as a Lower School Division Head.
