The Company is seeking a VP of Human Resources for its Transportation and Logistics business unit. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in partnering with the business unit's SVP and General Manager to develop and implement robust, future-oriented leadership and workforce strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing, and engaging diverse global talent to support the business's performance and growth. Key responsibilities include building effective relationships with business leaders, providing strategic HR solutions, and ensuring functional alignment with business needs. The role also involves workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and championing diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
Candidates for the VP of HR position should be strategic thinkers, problem solvers, and strong influencers with the ability to work across a matrix organization. A minimum of 15 years' progressive HR experience, with a strong generalist background in an industrial setting, is required. Global HR business partnership and leadership experience are essential, and experience with M&A, due diligence, and integration is a plus. The role demands a leader who is a change agent, with strong communication skills, and a proven track record in team development.
