The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing agency accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of services. This position aims to foster strong relationships with clients, identify their needs, and implement effective marketing strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee agency accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns Analyze client performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients Monitor project progress and manage workflow processes to meet deadlines Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders Qualifications: 2-4 years of proven experience in agency account management Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze data and market trends Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrates an understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, product attributes, marketing objectives, target audience, competitive environment, market dynamics and medical/regulatory/legal Digital background, familiarity with online tools, apps and digital solutions that are critical to success in the pharmaceutical marketing space Effective multi-tasking abilities with solid attention to detail In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
