Account Supervisor

Our well-known pharma client is seeking an Account Supervisor to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite) in Mettawa, IL. The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between the advertising agency and brand teams, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives. This role requires deep expertise in pharmaceutical marketing and agency workflow, with a strong focus on project management, compliance, and creative collaboration. Top Must-Have Skills

Proven experience as an Agency Account Supervisor/Manager with strategic thinking capabilities. In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing, including regulatory and legal considerations. Mastery of agency workflow processes from initiation to archiving. Strong relationship-building and account growth experience. Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills across multiple products and domains. Additional Qualifications

Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or equivalent experience preferred. 10-15+ years of total account management experience. U.S. and Global pharmaceutical industry experience preferred. In-house or external ad agency experience a plus. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. High-energy, organized, and collaborative professional comfortable in high-visibility roles. Responsibilities

Serve as strategic advisor to brand teams, aligning promotional tactics with marketing goals. Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to guide project execution. Manage project lifecycle including creative brief development, approvals, production, and archiving. Ensure compliance with branding, promotional, and corporate guidelines. Maintain accurate and timely communication across stakeholders. Develop annual forecasts and conduct monthly financial reconciliations. Track time daily and issue client contact reports. Lead conflict resolution and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace. Benefits
