We are currently seeking candidates for Payroll Administrator at a global asset management company in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110 to process bi-weekly payroll(s) for approximately 500 employees. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience processing bi-weekly payroll for multiple locations.
Yearly Salary: Up to $95K (based on relative work experience). Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly payroll via ADP Workforce Now for 500 employees Process payroll on different schedules and payment methods Timely payment of local, state, and federal taxes, unemployment, retirement funding and health care enrollment Maintain accurate payroll records such as tax filings and payment documentation Compliance reporting Reconcile and submit quarterly filings Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred 4+ years of processing weekly and/or bi-weekly payroll Experience running and managing multiple payrolls Strong payroll audit experience Recent experience with ADP Workforce Now Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and problem-solving skills Accuracy and attention to detail is a must Ability to work in a fast-paced environment For immediate consideration, interested and qualified candidates please email an updated resume in a Word document to: hgorman@daleyaa.com Seniority level:
