Collaborate with bankers to meet with customers and promote additional products. Create an outstanding customer experience through various marketing efforts. Develop strong partnerships with retail branches to promote mortgage originations. Establish yourself as a mortgage expert, maintaining good relationships and providing financial recommendations. Required Qualifications: At least three years of mortgage lending and sales experience in retail banking. Knowledge of the local real estate market. Excellent communication skills. Understanding of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with FHA/VA sales. Skills in marketing, relationship building, and consulting. Intermediate PC skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales or real estate. This position requires compliance with the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and NMLS registration.
