We’re helping a well-established, multi-unit franchise group in Massachusetts hire an
HR Leader
to oversee all human resources operations across 100+ restaurant locations. This is a
hands-on, strategic role
reporting directly to ownership and ideal for someone who thrives in a
fast-paced, field-driven
retail or restaurant setting. What You’ll Own: Full-scope HR leadership: onboarding, benefits, compliance, and employee relations Managing leaves (FMLA, ADA, WC), internal investigations, and performance coaching Partnering with field and store leadership to build a people-first culture Leading merit reviews, pay structures, and team development Overseeing HR systems, employee files, and legal documentation What We’re Looking For: 8+ years in HR with at least 3 in QSR/retail/multi-unit Strong grasp of compliance and labor law (state and federal) Experience in field-based people ops and employee coaching Confident, hands-on operator who can balance strategy with execution Must be fully local to Massachusetts and available to work onsite daily Competitive pay + performance bonus Full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Direct seat at the table with executive leadership Car/phone allowance and opportunity to shape the HR function from the ground up
