Job Description Posted Friday, August 22, 2025 at 4:00 AM What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner within our Human Resources division. This role will be responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-volume recruiting, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers to deliver top-quality candidates efficiently. The TAP serves as brand ambassador for Corpay through every candidate, community or vendor interaction. You will report directly to Director of Talent Acquisitions and regularly collaborate with the hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Managing high-volume recruiting efforts for customer service and manager-level roles, ensuring quality hires within expected timeframes. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of talent, utilizing job boards, social media, employee referrals, and proactive outreach. Screening and assess candidates based on position requirements, job competencies, and cultural fit. Partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and provide market insights on talent availability. Utilizing Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and ATS databases to identify passive talent. Serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing regular updates on hiring metrics, recruitment challenges, and best practices. Conducting weekly recruitment strategy meetings with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, pipeline updates, and hiring expectations. Facilitating structured interviews and debrief sessions to support data-driven hiring decisions. Collaborating with HR, Compensation, and Talent Management teams to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience. Ensuring a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, interview preparation, and post-interview follow-ups. Extending, negotiating, and closing offers while maintaining alignment with compensation guidelines and market benchmarks. Tracking and reporting candidate conversion rates, time-to-fill, and other key recruiting metrics to improve recruitment performance. Maintaining accurate and compliant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure adherence to hiring policies. Staying up to date with recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and employment law changes to continuously improve hiring strategies. Driving continuous process improvements to streamline high-volume recruitment workflows and optimize efficiencies. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in customer service, call center, and professional level roles. 1-2 of Agency Recruitment Agency experience preferred Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with business leaders. Expertise in talent sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and ATS utilization. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions (30 roles at a time) while meeting aggressive hiring deadlines. Data-driven mindset, with experience using recruitment metrics and reporting to drive strategic hiring decisions. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday and Dayforce a plus. Knowledge of EEO, OFCCP compliance, and employment regulations related to hiring. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and execute recruitment tasks effectively.
