You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual in Spanish
with great communication and interpersonal skills. Experience sales or customer service Ability to meet sales targets. Willingness to engage in sales conversations. Compensación: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
