ServiceNow Developer
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the management, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform to support the organization's business processes and IT service management strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, maintain system integrity, and ensure seamless integration across business units. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives and complies with industry standards. Your contributions will drive process efficiency, data accuracy, and enhanced user experiences across the organization. Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, HRSD and any additional custom application workflows created/maintained on an as-needed/as-identified basis. Assist on onboarding new Air Force organizations for the ServiceNow Service Catalog (ITSM). Develop and configure ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, and UI policies. Create and manage user roles, access controls, and permissions. Implement ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems and other business applications. Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and apply necessary patches or upgrades. Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users and stakeholders. Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and enhancements. Maintain data integrity by implementing data management policies and procedures. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into platform usage and service delivery. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: A minimum of an active DoD Secret clearance. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with hands-on configuration and customization expertise. Extensive experience in workflow management and creation. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices.
