With a global platform of data centres in the worlds major business markets of over 170 facilities across Singapore, the UK, India, China, Thailand, South Korea, Indonesia, Japan and the Philippines, STT GDC offers a full suite of best-in-class, highly scalable and flexible data centre solutions, connectivity and support services that best meet customers current and future colocation needs ============================== The Executive Assistant to the President and CEO, and Executive Management is a pivotal role responsible for providing seamless administrative and operational support to the President, CEO, and the Executive Management Team. This position exists to streamline communication, ensure smooth coordination of schedules, and oversee high-level organizational support for strategic initiatives. The role involves interacting with internal and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced global environment.****Key Duties and Responsibilities***** ## Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, CEO, and Executive Management Team* ## Manage and coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules for multiple executives* ## Prepare, review, and edit high-quality documents, presentations, and reports.* ## Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.* ## Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, events, and off-sites.* ## Track and ensure timely completion of deliverables and follow-ups for executives.* ## Maintain and organize confidential files and records for executives.****Professional Background and Experience***** ## 810 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 5 years supporting expatriates or global C-suite executives.* ## Proven experience in supporting multiple executives and managing competing priorities.****Professional Qualifications & Training***** ## Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.* ## Certification in executive support, office management, or project management is an advantage.****Knowledge and Skills***** ## Proficiency in calendar and travel management across multiple time zones.* ## Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).* ## Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.* ## Experience in handling confidential information with utmost discretion.* ## Knowledge of global business etiquette and cross-cultural communication.**Competencies*** ## Superior organizational and multitasking skills.* ## Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.* ## Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.* ## Ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines effectively.* ## Resilience and adaptability under pressure.**Equal Opportunity Employer** Globes hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants, Any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including the hiring process such as in posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.
