Responsible for the continuous growth and improvement of digital channels that engage customers at scale toward building lasting relationships. The team ensures our target experiences across episodes reach our customers -- managing a prioritized roadmap of features, co-creating experiences with cross-functional teams, growing the usage of experiences, and closing the loop on channel improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities Prioritizing feature roadmap Co-creating experiencesfor digital channels Growing the penetration and usage of experiences Implementing continuous channel improvements Understanding business priorities and context and acting as the single point of contact for channel-related discussions Competencies Product Execution:feature specification,product delivery, product quality Customer Insight:fluency with data, voice of the customer,user experience design Product Strategy:business outcome ownership, product vision and roadmapping, strategic impact. Influencing People:stakeholder management, team leadership Requirements Withproven 5 years of experience as a Product Owner,leading product initiatives,business development, user experience design, or a related area.
