$1,880 - $2,020 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Vermont or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications required (or proof of enrollment in upcoming courses at time of orientation) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities
Provide age-specific, direct patient care in the Emergency Department Utilize the Nursing Process and adhere to Department and Specialty Standards of Patient Care Assume leadership responsibilities, including delegation to other healthcare team members Ensure compliance with all applicable State and Federal healthcare regulations and policies Respond effectively to emergency situations and deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
