$2,520 - $2,700 Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Vermont or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications required prior to contract start date, or proof of booked course at time of clinical orientation Strong clinical skills in labor, delivery, and postpartum nursing care Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Labor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor and delivery process Assist with deliveries and provide postpartum recovery support Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care best practices Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold hospital standards
