Organize information and data to help best position the investor relations team in performing their day-to-day duties of analyzing the company and communicating information to the investment community. Participate in calls and meetings with shareholders and prospective investors. Help build and manage a formal M&A strategy, including forming a strategy, constructing a formal process and working with internal leadership, investment bankers and consultants to help build a pipeline of opportunity to analyze and pursue. Research macroeconomics, the industry and internal operations to assist in performing both investor relations and corporate strategy duties.

Job Summary:

Assist in managing the day-to-day duties associated with our corporate investor relations department, and help in building a formal M&A strategy.

Essential Responsibilities/Activities

Participate in calls and meetings with shareholders and prospective investors. Help build and manage a formal M&A strategy, including forming a strategy, constructing a formal process and working with internal leadership, investment bankers and consultants to help build a pipeline of opportunity to analyze and pursue. Research macroeconomics, the industry and internal operations to assist in performing both investor relations and corporate strategy duties.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field and 5 years of experience as a financial analyst, strategist, or related position. Advanced or master’s degree and 8 years’ experience preferred. CFA preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Demonstrates strong multi-tasking capabilities and organizational skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying information and financial insights to the investment community. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments and teams within the organization.

Work Environment

Work is performed in an climate controlled office setting and may require exposure to manufacturing facilities with seasonal hot and cold temperatures, dust, and some chemical fume exposure. Ability to sit comfortably for prolonged periods of time. Ability for occasional travel as the job may require visiting customers and project sites. Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
