This is an opportunity to join a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Center with advanced imaging capabilities and a supportive, team-focused culture. You’ll be working in a fast-paced MRI department with state-of-the-art Siemens and GE scanners, managing a wide variety of cases from outpatient to critical care. Key Responsibilities: Perform MRI imaging procedures independently using GE and Siemens equipment Work with various patient types: Inpatient, Outpatient, ED, sedated, ventilated, and oncology patients Collaborate with technologists, lead techs, and imaging assistants Ensure accurate charting using EPIC and McKesson PACS Participate in occasional on-call and weekend rotation coverage Equipment Used: GE Discovery 750W Siemens Aera Siemens Magnetom Skyra EPIC (Charting) – Required McKesson PACS – Required Required Skills & Experience: Minimum Experience: 3–5 years in MRI Certifications: BLS (AHA) – Active and in hand ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT – Required Experience with GE and Siemens MRI systems Experience working with complex patient types including those with implantable devices Preferred: Breast MRI, Breast MRI Biopsy, Cardiac MRI experience Work Environment & Support: High-volume MRI department: 250–300 patients/week Currently operating 5 MRI scanners Support team includes Lead Techs and Imaging Assistants – You will never be working alone Orientation provided: 3 days on-site Scrub Color: Any professional color Scheduling & On-Call Requirements: Weekend Rotation: Approximately every 3rd weekend On-Call: Sat/Sun nights: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM Sat/Sun back-up call: 6:30 AM – 9:00 PM 30-minute response time required Holiday Coverage: Not required unless unit needs arise Time Off: Must be approved by NM at time of submittal Additional Details: COVID-19 Vaccine Required No floating required – MRI department only First-time travelers accepted Locals not accepted Pending licenses accepted (license must be active before start) About the Facility: Aurora St. Luke’s is a nationally recognized, full-service hospital offering comprehensive and specialized care. 933 Beds Level II Trauma Center Level III NICU Primary Stroke Center Magnet Designation About Protouch Staffing Protouch Staffing stands out as a premier healthcare staffing agency in the USA, committed to pairing healthcare workers with positions that perfectly match their qualifications, experiences, and career aspirations.
