Application Administrator

Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in the search for an Application Administrator to join their team in Indianapolis, IN. This role is responsible for the administration, support, and maintenance of various systems in the environment including ERP, CRM, and BI Platforms. This includes performing front end interfaces and configurations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the administration and maintenance of the ERP system Administer and maintain the CRM and BI systems Provide tech support & troubleshooting for end-users Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades Test and implement new EDI integrations with internal teams and external partners REQUIREMENTS:
3-5+ years administering ERP, CRM, and/or BI systems Experience building interfaces between systems Experience in report development - preference is Crystal Reports Excellent communication and interpersonal skills PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience working with Prophet 21 Experience working with White Cup CRM and BI EDI testing and UAT testing experience
TERMS:
