The Facilities project manager will be the focal for all Evendale, Ohio site construction related items, maintain facilities processes, and execution of requests. You will provide project management to the entire Cincinnati area. The GE Evendale campus is the headquarters site for GE Aerospace. Site activities include large parts manufacturing, engine assembly, and test operations, as well as engineering, development, and lab facilities for both commercial and military customers. The 415-acre site includes 100 acres under roof. Over 6,000 employees work onsite and includes a union shop represented by the UAW, IAM, and IGUA. Essential Responsibilities
Lead the design, engineering and troubleshooting of site projects that can include all disciplines. Assist in creation and maintaining of Project Management Processes Lead projects through schematic, design engineering, financials, bidding, construction and project closeout. Manage project financials and schedule Manage projects using outside vendors and internal unions to execute projects Specify needs, communicate about project approach and present outcomes of research done Partner with business leadership and cross-functional teams to develop new solutions to meet business needs Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years project manager experience) + minimum of 3 years Project manager experience Desired Characteristics and Experience
