Sales Manager

Liaise with upper management for evolving strategic vision and executive target achievement, initiating measures in the event of discrepancies between the target and the actual situation. Observe all KPI targets defined and ensure achievement via regular check (e.g. Acquisition, Booked Business, Quotation & Negotiation, CRM-Process, Price Strategy, Tooling Reimbursement). Leading, motivating and developing the employees in the area of responsibility. Ensure the design of a structure and process organization that meets the requirements. Create and capture plans for new business to determine next logical steps. Conduct market expansion strategy for current and future Technology while strengthen the customer relationship building. Management of customer projects with the aim of adhering to time, content and costs. Initiation of measures in the event of a target / actual deviation. Prepare business plan through sales forecasting for next five years in terms of New products, potential business and its probability with volume, price, technology field and reimbursement. Up to 30% travel to customers, and to support specific program launches. Contract review, negotiation of terms and conditions, tracking payment of purchase / tooling orders. Collaborate in warranty issues and urgent product recalls. Local support with Quality, Warranty and Engineering. Direct communication with engineering and plants to meet initial customer design requirements, manufacturing methods, supplier tooling needs, packaging, logistics, as well as cost calculations for quotation preparation. Support Senior Management for financial reports including Overdue reports, Supplier ratings, Sales Variance Report, Budget Variance and Analysis Reports, GAP Analysis, and Price Strategy report. Up to 30% travel to client and company facilities in North America and Europe. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a field related to any of the listed areas, as well as 2 years of management and sales experience for an international automotive supplier.
