Draft and file high-quality patent applications. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions. Manage patent preparation and prosecution processes. Oversee patent portfolios in electrical engineering and software sectors. Supervise and mentor associates. Draft and prosecute patents related to advanced technologies such as GPUs, TPUs, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics. Requirements
Minimum of six years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Technical background with an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. Proven ability to draft and prosecute patents in complex technologies. Strong understanding of patent law and USPTO procedures. Ability to work independently and in teams. Education
JD from an accredited law school. Undergraduate (and graduate, if applicable) degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field. Certifications
Active bar admission in the practicing jurisdiction. USPTO registration required. Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing and prosecuting patent applications. Mentoring junior associates. Deep knowledge of IP and patent laws. Benefits
