What You'll Do
Ignyte is looking for a ServiceNow Technology Consultant who is passionate about creating innovative solutions across various industries to address critical business problems using the latest digital technologies. You will play a key role in leading multiple project types to successful completion, which may include working with clients to plan and implement their technology solutions, generating operational reports or KPI analyses, and collaborating with designers to create user interfaces.
As a ServiceNow Technology Consultant, you will have the opportunity to craft your own career path based on your interests, existing skills, and areas you'd like to develop. From day one, you will work with our firm's leadership to define your job responsibilities and career goals.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (preferably in information systems, engineering, or other technical fields)
Graduate degree is a plus but not required
3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow development and/or implementation
Relevant consulting experience with a technical background
Experience with a 'Big 4' consulting firm is a plus
Ability to create and develop innovative solutions addressing client business requirements, considering process design, ServiceNow best practices, and standards
Experience in designing use cases, categorizing requirements, and creating functional and requirement specifications documents
Ability to produce high-quality presentations, models, analyses, and other deliverables, and present them effectively to clients and upper management
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Critical Path methodologies
Strong ability to develop and manage work plans to meet client requests and deadlines
Experience leading small to medium teams to achieve project goals and deliverables
Excellent interpersonal skills for communication with colleagues and executives
Self-motivated, hardworking individuals comfortable handling ambiguity and completing tasks within deadlines with limited supervision
Creative, big-picture thinking with attention to detail
Ability to assist in proposal writing for business development
Skill in setting, managing, and meeting expectations and deadlines
