You will represent clients in a variety of disputes, including commercial litigation, trademark, copyright, consumer class action etc.

Responsibilities: Case Management : Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents; manage case timelines and ensure compliance with procedural rules and deadlines. Discovery Process : Oversee document collection, review, and production; draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for admission, and document requests; prepare witnesses for depositions and conduct or defend depositions as needed. Legal Research & Analysis : Conduct thorough research on case law, statutes, and regulations to support legal arguments and advise clients on litigation strategies. Motion Practice : Prepare and argue motions, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment motions, and discovery-related motions, in state or federal court. Trial Preparation : Assist in developing trial strategies, drafting witness outlines, preparing exhibits, and supporting trial teams during hearings and trials. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar (or eligibility to waive in). 2–5 years of litigation experience in a law firm, judicial clerkship, or similar setting preferred Compensation: $250-390k + bonus A competitive compensation package will be available for this position including Base Salary, Annual bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation and sick time, paid holidays, career growth programs, and much more!
