HR Business Partner
with a background in the
financial services sector . This role requires someone with broad experience in human resources operations, employee relations, and organizational development, along with the ability to support multiple business groups. The position is responsible for delivering HR initiatives that align with business strategies while ensuring compliance with company standards and employment laws. This role reports to a senior HR leader and works closely with department heads and executives. A high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and service orientation is essential. Schedule:

$150,000–$175,000 base plus up to 30% bonus Location:

Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and stock options Key Responsibilities Partner strategically with assigned business groups to provide HR guidance and support Lead initiatives in talent management, employee relations, performance, benefits, and organizational culture Ensure consistent application of HR practices across business units in line with company goals and values Provide advice to managers and leaders on sensitive employee relations and performance issues with a proactive approach Support organizational development efforts such as workforce planning, role definition, and competency mapping Collaborate with specialized HR teams (recruiting, compensation, benefits, HRIS, etc.) to meet department needs Use data and metrics to evaluate the impact of HR programs and recommend improvements Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal company policies Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism Perform other duties as required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, including generalist or business partner roles Prior experience in
banking or financial services
is required Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems; experience with iCIMS preferred Solid knowledge of federal and California employment laws Demonstrated ability to influence, build trust, and work with leaders at all levels Why choose Addison Group?
