What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Drive sales growth through effective leadership and execution of Enterprise programs - Oversee the expansion of the employer’s enterprise footprint across North America - Develop and refine the Americas Enterprise strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Lead a senior team of Regional Sales Directors and their Enterprise Account Executives - Define key sales support mechanisms to meet rapid business growth and revenue objectives
What is Required (Qualifications): - 15+ years of people management experience, including managing managers - Experience leading Enterprise Sales organizations in a high-growth technology environment - Proven ability to build high-caliber teams across multiple regions - Strong capability in hiring, training, and coaching high-performance sales teams - Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience at a growth-stage Internet/software company - Background in enterprise sales, partnerships, and/or business development - Familiarity with the payments industry, card issuing, or financial services
