15+ years of people management experience, including managing managers Experience leading Enterprise Sales organizations in a high-growth technology environment Proven ability to build high-caliber teams across multiple regions Strong capability to hire, train, and coach a high-performance sales team Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications
