Marketing Technology Program Manager
to lead the strategic execution of our martech ecosystem. This role acts as the
Technical Service Delivery Owner (TSDO)
for marketing technology services, overseeing lifecycle management and collaborating closely with marketing operations to ensure measurable business outcomes and a
competitive edge .
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Leadership
Lead cross-functional efforts to implement and optimize tools like
CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and CDPs Maintain a long-term martech roadmap aligned with growth goals Collaborate with marketing, IT, sales, and data teams on defining priorities and success metrics Business Value Delivery
Partner with marketing teams to define KPIs and ROI for tech initiatives Increase utilization and drive improvements tied to pipeline, conversion, and CAC Deliver executive-level reports linking martech efforts to revenue impact Technical Program Management
Manage programs with multiple workstreams, from vendor selection to
system integrations and data migration Coordinate internal and vendor resources to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery Build detailed project plans, risk strategies, and change management documentation Stakeholder Management & Governance
Align diverse teams with varying goals — including sales, IT, and executive leadership Lead steering committees and cross-functional groups Establish clear governance for martech decisions, vendor oversight, and data compliance Serve as the liaison between marketing leadership and IT for all martech projects Required Experience:
5+ years of experience managing
multi-million-dollar tech programs
with measurable outcomes Strong background in contract/consulting roles with quick ramp-up ability Experience with key tools: Marketo, Pardot, ZoomInfo, Braze, Adobe CDP, Clay.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Nice-to-Have Experience:
Operating in highly matrixed organizations Proven success in
driving martech utilization metrics Background in high-growth tech or platform businesses Required Skills:
CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platform management System integration and data architecture KPI & ROI modeling for marketing operations Preferred Skills:
Agile and Waterfall project methodologies API management and customer data workflows Jira, Airtable, or other project management tools Executive stakeholder alignment Conflict resolution and negotiation Additional Skills:
