Who You’ll Become SAP’s Project Manager (PM) is a trusted contributor in delivering SAP software and services, working closely with project managers and delivery leads to ensure success. You’ll have experience in project coordination, financial forecasting, backlog management, and communicating project metrics to stakeholders. You will drive operational excellence and support seamless customer engagements. What You’ll Do As a PM in the SAP Academy, you will: Complete a 12-month program combining classroom learning and fieldwork, supporting your role in customer-facing functions within our Customer Services & Delivery organization. Engage in experiential learning focused on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, and technical knowledge. Develop skills in our solution portfolio, customer retention, and value realization. Receive onboarding and mentorship from senior PM professionals, with opportunities to work behind the scenes and directly with customers. Upon successful completion, you will transition into a customer-facing PM role with ongoing mentorship to support your growth. What You Bring Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience working with SAP solutions, including exposure to third-party and partner technologies. Strong foundation in SAP technologies, project coordination, and process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools, with analytical skills for data-driven reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; adaptable to dynamic environments. Self-motivated team player capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, with a customer-centric mindset. The SAP Academy is designed for early-career talent seeking growth in consulting and project management. About SAP Next Gen Academy for Services & Consulting This 12-month program offers classroom learning and role rotations, building a foundation in consulting, project management, and technical support to prepare for roles in Customer Services and Delivery. Participants will build networks, collaborate on real business challenges, and gain hands-on experience with cloud solutions, all while earning competitive pay and benefits. #SAPNextGen SAP supports a hybrid work model, typically involving three days in the office or on-site with clients or partners. The program will include a two-week immersive experience in Newtown Square, PA, to provide practical learning and networking. Participants are expected to be fully engaged during intensive phases, with limited vacation approval during critical times.
