Secure contracts with multi-family and multi-tenant property owners, developers, and builders to expand company's wired and wireless services Negotiate Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements to allow company access and marketing rights in residential and business properties Present and position company's suite of services to prospective clients and gain preferred or exclusive marketing access Collaborate with company's Account Management and Network teams to evaluate and place equipment in targeted properties Conduct face-to-face meetings with high-value prospects to propose service placement and marketing rights Develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and relationship-building efforts Support both local and regional business development needs Perform needs assessments to understand client pain points and align company's wired/wireless solutions accordingly Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within prospect accounts Build and maintain prospect relationships through regular follow-up and engagement Maintain accurate records in the sales database, logging communications and attaching relevant documents Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards Manage sales funnel to achieve unit targets Position company as the preferred provider by establishing strong customer relationships Negotiate long-term agreements, including exclusive marketing or bulk service deals Understand the competitive landscape and communicate company's technical advantages in a consultative manner Work closely with local Network Engineering teams to identify and pursue new construction opportunities Split time between field visits, on-site with prospects/clients, and administrative work from home Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience 4+ years of B2B sales experience Knowledge of fiber and wireless-based telecommunications Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver’s license Willingness to travel up to 75% within the local market Proficiency in using databases and Google Suite Benefits

Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
