In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

Position CTEC is seeking a Deputy Program Director to join our team onsite with the client in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities

Serve as backup for the Program Director and share responsibility to oversee the project, including staff and subcontractor management.

Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.

Maintain project costs.

Communicate effectively, professionally, and courteously with Social Security.

Qualifications Education

A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business management, public administration, or the social sciences from a currently accredited institution.

Experience

Seven (7) or more years management experience in administering and managing programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
