Job description:
As a Senior Marketing Associate within the Activation and Campaign Management team in Card Services, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional partnerships across internal teams to plan and execute credit card acquisition marketing campaigns. You will be involved in various marketing channels, including online, direct mail, retail, and on-site alternative media, as part of Chase's Consumer & Community Banking Group.
Job responsibilities
Utilize interpersonal skills to manage relationships and hold stakeholders accountable to ensure that deadlines are met with high quality. Lead impactful campaign execution planning of credit card marketing campaigns varying in complexity based on the strategic direction on product, positioning, placements, and offers. Build strong relationships and partner effectively across partner lines of business (LOBs) and various stakeholders to project manage deliverables. Identify and lead opportunities to improve the marketing execution process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Lead and influence effectively with internal partners across multiple disciplines. Be results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills . Possess strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate. Demonstrate they are customer-obsessed by understanding the customer experience. Have a proven ability to promote a strong control environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years marketing execution, project coordination or similar experience. Strong leadership, communication, team facilitation and organizational skills. Ability to work cross-functionally while motivating, influencing, and leading others. Possess an understanding of core marketing channels; online, direct mail, retail, and on-site alternative media. Bachelor's Degree required
