Overview

The Marketing Delivery Associate (Campaign Testing) will develop and maintain test scenarios, test plans, and test cases used for testing within the Card Marketing Validation team. This team analyzes credit card marketing campaign assets (online and offline) such as direct mail, online ads, emails, and microsites to ensure both asset quality and overall campaign quality before they reach Chase Card customers. This position is part of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking group. Responsibilities

Interact with campaign management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project/campaign and testing objectives Develop and lead the test strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform testing cycles, both manual and automated Review campaign requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the test suites to be developed Work with business and technology leads to determine the acceptable range for test results and performance Ensure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects and test environments used Create and maintain the job aids and procedures associated with testing standards used by the Card Marketing Validation team Support during production deployment of campaigns and perform validation testing during off-hours or weekend release windows Identify process gaps and look for opportunities to streamline processes Experience / Skills

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end campaign testing across emails, direct mail, and microsites with strong collaboration and project management skills Experience in campaign processes and understanding of various customer communications channels with strong attention to detail and problem solving Experience in automated test suites; hands-on experience in both Waterfall and Agile SDLC models Knowledge and experience with JIRA, data extraction and data-driven insights for process efficiencies Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously; excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills with a high degree of attention to detail About Us
