1-3 years of general finance or transactional experience -whether from a bank, a large firm, or a mid-sized practice-who is ready to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment. What You'll Do:
As an Associate in our Public Finance group, you'll play a key role in supporting complex transactions that impact communities and infrastructure. You'll be involved in: Drafting and reviewing financing documents Conducting legal research and preparing memorandums Supporting public finance transactions, including municipal derivatives and bond issues Communicating directly with clients and contributing to strategic discussions What We're Looking For:
We're seeking candidates who bring: Strong academic credentials Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills A commitment to client service and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Professional presence, adaptability, and openness to feedback Experience in public finance is a plus, but not required-we value curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
